SA Oil held a Mellow Yellow themed year-end function to wrap up 2019. It was time to sit back and unwind with good food and even better company at 1904 Bistro Américain. Our mellow afternoon consisted of light chatter, American bistro-styled meals and to round things off – awards were in order! Here’s how it went…
Pineapple styled jam jars and cocktail pre-mixes greeted the team upon arrival. Seated and ready to unwind, a three-course meal was enjoyed between the light chatter amongst colleagues. After a slow-paced afternoon of chilled vibes, drinks and appetizing meals, it was time to hand out awards. Not only did we reveal the grand prize for our Most Valued Player of 2019 but awarded our Superbru winner and Most Improved Player in our SA Oil team. What a way to wrap up the year!
Throughout the year, we’ve hosted team building events to encourage our members to get to know each other, and to encourage a little healthy competition! The winner of each of our team building games or activities earned ten points. The team member with the most MVP points at the end of the year was awarded the title of Most Valued Player 2019. The prize for this year’s competition is a weekend away for two at Nambithi Private Game Reserve. Not too shabby!
